| 摘 要： | 我国现行宪法没有设立专门的宪法监督机构,宪法监督难以落实到实处。当前建立司法化的宪法监督制度的条件已经基本具备,表现在公民权利观念的形成、政治文明的提出、宪法法律属性的彰显和司法体制的不断完善等几个方面,应该抓住这样的现实机遇,努力推进宪法监督制度的完善。

| Abstract: | There is no specialized constitution supervisory organization established by our country's present constitution,which makes it hard to have effective constitution supervision.At present,basic conditions for setting up judicial system of constitution supervision have been acquired which displayed in the forming of citizen rights concept,posing of political civilization,demonstration of legal property of constitution and unceasing perfection of judicature system.The opportunities should be snatched to push on the perfecting system of constitution supervision. |
