论我国工会的职业化、社会化和行业化

摘    要:工会改革面临的最大顽症是工会的“行政化”倾向。在坚持四项基本原则的前提下 ,工会应当通过职业化、社会化、行业化的方式进行改革。从职业化出发 ,工会应以维护劳动者的权益为唯一的职能 ;从社会化出发 ,工会应发展社区工会及企业间的联合工会 ;从行业化出发 ,工会应参与制定行业劳动标准 ,来完善我国的劳动协调机制。

Abstract:The biggest difficulty of the trade union reform is an administrative trend of trade unions The Chinese trade unions should stick to the Four Cardinal Principles and reform themselves accordance with the ways of professionalization and socialization and specialization From the specialization point of view, the Chinese trade unions should look on protecting workers' rights and interests as only one function From the socialization point of view, they should develop the union organizations in communities and joint unions From the specialization point of view, they should participate in draw up professional labour standards in order to perfect our labour coordination mechanism
