| 摘 要： | 国家安全是国际政治中的一个基本概念。随着历史的发展,国家安全概念的内涵不断扩展和充实。中国顺应历史的发展提出了互信、互利、平等、合作的新型安全观。本文试图从安全的基本含义出发,通过国际关系理论界对国家安全的各种诠释,来较全面地认识国家安全。
