| 摘 要： | 30多年来，我国改革开放事业虽然取得了巨大成就，但是在经济文化领域出现了与资本主义社会相类似的现象，于是国外有人断言中国实行的是中国特色资本主义道路；与之相应的是，国内一些人也对此感到困惑不解。中国特色社会主义是一种特殊的科学社会主义形态、是以人为本全面发展的社会主义、是以追求公平正义为价值目标的社会形态，所有这些本质特征决定了中国特色社会主义不是中国特色资本主义。

| Abstract: | Since more than 30 years, there have great achievements in China＇s reform and opening up, however, the phenomenon appears in economic and cultural fields similar with capitalist society. Thus, some people of foreign countries alert that China is keeping the capitalist road with Chinese characteristics, which also puzzles some people in China accordingly. Socialism with Chinese characteristics is the special scientific socialist forms, the overall devel- opment of socialism with people - first and the social forms taking faimess and justice as value goal. These features show that socialism with Chinese characteristics is not the capitalism with Chinese characteristics. |
