| Abstract: | In view of the coming day when China becomes a member of WTO, the problem of structural regula- tion and institutional improvement for Chinese state - owned economy seems to be very pressing. The key move for the structural regulation of state - owned economy can be described as "governmental factors go marginally while non-governmental ones focussed on". Meanwhile, the private sector of economy should be developed in a great extent. In a word, it is critical to make all the workers become the subjects for the regulated institution of state - owned economy. |
