| 摘 要： | 推进法科学生职业素质教育、培养高水平应用型法律人才是法学教育的重要目标。我国高等学校的法律院系应通过职业道德教育和法律伦理教育培养法科学生职业道德和法律意识;通过社会科学、自然科学和信息技术科学的学习培养法科学生的综合素质;通过法律专业知识教育和专业技能的培养提高法科学生专业素质。
