| 摘 要： | 中国市场化劳动关系形成与发展已经经历了30年，现正处于走向集体劳动关系的转型期。对劳动者集体权利加以适应市场经济和阶层分化需要的规范，是中国劳动关系顺利转型的重要条件和要素，这将为构建和谐劳动关系奠定坚实基础。
