关于企业民主管理创新的思考

三十多年改革开放，已为民主管理创新提供了如下条件：一是新的政治环境有利于民主管理创新；二是生产力发展需要民主管理创新；三是发展着的管理科学必将促进民主管理创新。在对民主管理创新的认识中，需要在民主和集中的关系、形式与内容及方法与效果的关系、内部矛盾激化与化解、企业和职工间利益矛盾与冲突等方面，作些必要的思想澄清。

Innovative Thoughts about Democratic Administration in the Enterprise

Chinese reform an opening - up has been for 30 years. It provides the following things for democratic administration. The first one is that political circumstance is good for innovation of democratic administration. The second one is that productive force needs innovation of democratic administration. The third one is that the developing theory of administration will promote the innovation of democratic administration. Now we should clarify the following aspects, relation between democracy and centralism, relation between form and content, relation between method and effect, intensifying and defusing the inner - contradiction, conflict between enterprise and staff.
