浙江民营企业社会责任影响因素的实证研究

SA8000的产生引起了中国企业对企业社会责任的高度关注，企业社会责任研究成为了理论研究的热点问题。SA8000对于民营经济发达、经济外向度高的浙江影响尤为深刻。浙江民营企业承担社会责任的水平由多方面的情况所决定，本文以调查数据为基础，应用排序多元离散选择模型，对浙江民营企业社会责任的经济影响因素进行了实证研究，认为企业规模、企业类型、企业发展阶段是现阶段影响浙江民营企业承担社会责任的主要影响因素。

Empirical Analysis on Influential Factors of Social Responsibility of Zhejiang Individually-Run Enterprises

The emergence of SA8000 caused Chinese firm pay high attention to corporate social responsibility while the academic research of corporate social responsibility became an important issue. SA8000 will have great impact on Zhejiang individually-run enterprises whose effort on social responsibility is determined by many situations. Based on a survey of Zhejiang individually-run enterprises, this paper did an empirical research on influential factors of social responsibility of Zhejiang individually-run enterprises and made a conclusion that scale, type and stage of development were the main influential factors that determine the effort on social responsibility in Zhejiang individually-run enterprises.
