工会政治参与问题研究

作为劳动者利益的代表者、维护者 ,工会的政治参与是工会组织全面履行自身职能、突出维护职能的重要手段。工会的政治参与内容是围绕其职能多层面展开的。工会政治参与的渠道有纵、横、纵横交错三类渠道。工会政治参与的策略包括 ,集中于政治团体成员或其工作人员的所谓内部策略和通过政治动员、群众运动、舆论压力等所谓的外部策略。当前 ,工会应着重做好政治参与的基础理论研究、形成多层面参与机制、提供决策信息和三方协调机制等工作。
