公安高校“体改生”人才培养中警察素养类课程质量调查分析

警察素养类课程作为培养警察基本素质的基础类课程,在公安高校培养政治业务素质高、实战能力强的人才培养目标中具有重要的作用。在针对＂体改生＂的教学过程中,公安高校对警察素养类课程进行了积极改革。中国刑事警察学院为＂体改生＂培养开设的警察素养类课程有《公安工作概论》、《公安应用写作》、《警务心理》、《犯罪学》。对该校4门警察素养类课程教学质量进行满意度调查研究,其目的是探索并逐步形成适合＂体改生＂培养需要的课程内容体系,深化公安专业人才培养的课程教学改革,从而提升人才培养质量水平。

A Quality Survey of the Professional Quality Courses Offered for the "Pilot Project Classes " in Police Colleges

As the basic training courses to foster the necessary qualities of the police,the professional quality courses of police play an important role in achieving the police colleges＇ goal of cultivating talents with high political and professional qualities as well as strong practical abilities.In the educational process of the so-called ＂Pilot Project Classes ＂,many police colleges or universities are conducting vigorous reforms in the professional quality courses,and these courses offered by the National Police University of China include ＂Introduction to Public Security Work＂,＂Police Practical Writing＂,＂Police Psychology＂,＂Criminology＂ and so on.The author makes a satisfaction survey of four quality courses of NPUC,with an attempt to explore and gradually form suitable courses system for the students in ＂Pilot Project Classes＂,so as to deepen the educational reform of public security profession and enhance the level of personnel training.
