| Abstract: | Narcotics control subject is a subject which specifically studies drug problem, reveals the law and characteristic of human being's anti-drug activities, prevents, exposes, confirms and punishes drug-related crimes as well as its governance measures. The constituent element is the basis to determine academic construction standards, the construction standards are the standardization of the constituent element. |
