都市职业女性政治参与行为分析——基于上海的实证调查

本文试图以现代都市社会为背景,以都市职业男性为主要参照体系,研究都市职业女性的政治参与行为.结果发现,都市职业女性有着较低的政治参与行为.但是,在都市职业女性群体中加强社会团体建设,积极开展有组织的、政治性的社会参与活动,可以在一定程度上弥补都市职业女性的政治参与行为的不足.

Analyzing Metropolitan Career Women's Political Participation Behavior——An Empirical Study in Shanghai

With modern metropolitan society as the background and metropolitan career men as a point of reference,the paper examines the political participation behavior of metropolitan career women.The results show that the political participation behavior of metropolitan career women is relatively low.However,to strengthen social organization and develop organized social activities with a political orientation among metropolitan career women can,to a large extent,alleviate the weakness of their political participation behavior.
