| 摘 要： | 公司社会责任是指公司在谋求利润最大化的同时，所负有的保障利益相关者利益不受损害的社会义务以及违反此种义务而承担不利后果的法律责任。强化公司社会责任具有极其重要的经济、政治、法律和时代价值。我国需要从加强立法、建立健全相关机制、构建多层次监督网络、增强公司履行社会责任的主动性以及增强利益相关者的维权意识等路径来强化公司社会责任，使公司能够真正担负起社会责任。

| Abstract: | Corporate social responsibilities refers to the legal obligation undertaken by a company to prevent interest -related parties＇benefits from being damaged while seeking its highest profits and the legal liabilities resulted from failing to do that. Strengthening corporate responsibilities is of economical, political, legal and time value. China shall strengthen corporate social responsibility by reinforcing legislation, establishing a perfect mechanism, setting up a multi - level supervision system, improving the initiative of a company to fulfill its social responsibilities. |
