| 摘 要： | 刑释人员的社会保护是现实的需要，是建立和谐社会的应有之义，也是人道主义的体现。制定专门的刑释人员保护法，建立健全刑释人员就业援助系统、生活救助系统，设立前科消灭制度等，是我国完善刑释人员社会保护问题的重要内容。

| Abstract: | Social protection of the released personnel from punishment is the realistic need,is the righteousness for establishment for harmonious society,and is also manifestation of humanitarianism.To formulate the special protection act for released personnel from punishment,to establish and perfect employment aid system,the life rescue system,and to set up the criminal record elimination system,and so on,is the important content for social protection for the released personnel from jail in our country. |
