| Abstract: | Modern private international law demonstrates the human concern the material equality in protection of the interest of weak party. The human concern is the manifestation of the human sprit which is the eternal subject of the private international law. The construction of the private international law shall take consideration of the human sprit. The human concern regarding protection of weak party on modern private international law is not only limited to the favor principal, compulsory regulation and public order the, but also to the clauses of conflict rules. |
