| Abstract: | The concept of the human nature management is nearly put forward in the work of carrying out a death sentence in prisons. The new trend of value has been adopted as to satisfy the elemental needs of criminals to ensure their legitimate rights and interests,to have a healthy character,to promote the reform of criminals and re-socialization. |
