作为文化权的甘肃特有民族文化遗产保护

文化权是少数民族最根本也是最重要的权利之一,在当今社会它已越来越受到人们的重视,其保护与少数民族平等权、发展权具有同等重要的作用。而作为保护少数民族文化权的一个重要方式,就是保护少数民族文化遗产。甘肃特有的东乡族、保安族、裕固族,创造了丰富多样、与众不同的物质与非物质文化遗产。保护其文化遗产,将关系到这些民族的存亡与发展,将有助于增强这些民族文化在全球化和文化同一化过程中的竞争力,可促进少数民族成员对自身文化的认同和维护,同时对于连接民族感情、增进民族团结、维护国家统一与社会稳定、传承并弘扬这些民族的文化,乃至促进我省和中华文化的发展也具有重要的意义。
