| 摘 要： | 随着全球经济一体化和金融业的发展,出现了银行卡智能化犯罪这种新的经济犯罪形式,并有愈演愈烈的趋势。为维护正常的社会经济秩序,必须在分析和研究银行卡犯罪特点和案件高发原因的基础上,采取一系列有效措施,以有效地防范和打击银行卡犯罪。
