| 摘 要： | 随着依法治国和法治政府建设的推进,文明执法越来越受到社会各界的重视。然而,报端和网络上时常可见的政府执法人员不文明执法的案件却又提醒着我们:探索一条适应我国国情的文明执法道路刻不容缓。本文对如何推进政府文明执法,加强执法队伍建设,营造文明执法的良好环境进行了初步的探讨。
