| 摘 要： | 村际冲突已成为危害农村社会治安稳定的重大隐患。诱发村际冲突有集体利益矛盾、个体纠纷、婚姻家庭纠纷、违法犯罪等因素 ;具有群体性、暴力倾向性、潜在危害性和可逆转性 ;其治理对策是 :1 完善有力的情报信息网络 ;2 健全三级联合调处机制 ;3 冷静稳妥处置现场 ;4 全面加强农村整体精神文明建设

| Abstract: | Clashes among villages have become very dangerous to the rural social stability. The disputes caused them includes collective ones, individual ones, marriage and family ones, and illegal ones, etc., which are of group, violent , dangerous and inevitable. Accordingly, the following countermeasures should be taken: 1, perfection of the information network; 2, completion of the three-level combined system; 3, calm and proper dealing with the spot; 4, entire strengthening of the rural construction of spiritualism. |
