| 摘 要： | 尽管中国和印度同为世界上重要的发展中国家，但是在FDI的吸收和利用上却不尽相同：FDI在中国更多流向加工制造业，在印度则更多流向离岸服务业。本文通过FDI对印度出口贸易影响的实证分析，得出二者不存在显著的因果关系这一结论，并提出我国如何更好地利用外资的相关建议。
