| Abstract: | Optimalizing topics for journals in science and technology can, on the one hand, contribute to the order and concreteness of the transmission of scientific and technological information, and, on the other hand, will lead to profound scientific research as well as social and scientific development. Based on this assumption, we put forward the basic principles of optimalizing topic choosing： thought-provoking, forward, specific, beneficial, feasible. Editing and polishing the topics in time ensures a better role of journals in science and technology. |
