| 摘 要： | 欧洲是现代警察制度的发源地,它的警察管理体制与现代警务模式影响遍及世界许多国家。按照警察组织管理的集中与分散程度划分类型,西欧国家警务大体可以分为三个类型,各国警务各有其特点,值得我们学习借鉴。

| Abstract: | Europe is the place where the modern police system originated The influence of European police system and policing pattern has widely spread in many countries of the world. An investigation group of ten people from Hebei Police Institute went to some Western European countries in November 2004 to investigate their policing. In general, according to the level of centralization and distribution of police organization management, Western European policing can be divided into three types with different characteristics. Their findings are of great value. |
