| Abstract: | As a milestone in the history of C.P.C.,the Eighth National Congress of C.P.C.is the first national congress convened after the Party came into power.The Congress served to be the starting point for the formation of the Party's ideology and the objectives of exercising power,and for the change of the Party's functions.Therefore,the Congress is regarded as the starting point for transition from a revolutionary party to a ruling one. |
