| 摘 要： | 目前,我国的公有企业在一定程度上存在经营危机。公有企业存在的制度性弊端,以及由此而形成的结构性弊端,是众多企业形势恶化的根本性原因。管理者收购(MBO)就在这样的背景下与我国的公有企业改革进行的尝试性结合。公有企业实施MBO应注意产权界定与评估等问题以及所需的制度环境和法律环境。

During the impl ementation of MBO we should attach importance to the delimitation of property ri ghts, asset assessment, and the essential institutional and legal environment. |
