从新加坡经验看我国公安机关的警察公共关系建设

新加坡警察部队高度重视警察公共关系建设,不仅使警队备受社会公众的尊敬和爱戴,而且也增强了警务保障能力,使新加坡成为世界最安全的国家之一。我国对警察公共关系建设的重要战略意义认识不足,尚未设立专职警察公共关系部门,没有配套制度,警察公共关系建设创新能力不强,形式单一,没有形成长效机制。为此,要转变观念,正确认识警察公共关系;要设立专职部门,保证人员配置,实现公共关系工作制度化,建立长效机制;此外还要注意发挥代表性广泛的社会团体的作用。

On Seeing Our Police Public Relations Construction of Our Public Security Organs From Singapore Experience

The Singapore Police Force attaches great importance to the construction of the police public relations,it not only makes the polite force respected and affected by the public,but also enhances police function of police protection ability,to make Singapore as the world's most secure countries in the world.China has inadequate awareness of the importance of strategic,we haven't established full-time public relations department,haven't had matching system,innovation capability in police public relations construction is not strong.Its modality is single,and has not formed a long-term mechanism.Therefore,we have to change our concepts and should have a correct understanding to the Police Public Relations.We should set up special departments to ensure staffing,make the public relations work institutionalized,establish long-term mechanism;Moreover,we also should play a broad representative role of social organizations.
