农村青年致富带头人培育要素与机制的构建

培育农村青年致富带头人,是服务三农工作的重要抓手,也是服务、凝聚农村青年,巩固和扩大党执政的青年群众基础的有效路径。近年来,为提升农村青年致富带头人培育的实效性,本研究以浙江省360名农村青年致富带头人为样本,从成长需求的维度对培育要素进行了解构。实证结果表明,以资金为代表的物质资本、以人脉资源为代表的社会资本、以知识能力为代表的人力资本,在农村青年致富带头人的成长过程中普遍支撑不足。因此,构建、完善行之有效的培育机制,有助于为农村青年致富带头人的快速成长提供内生动力,进而有效推进农村改革发展。

Cultivation Elements of Rural Flourishment Youth Leaders and Mechanisms Building

Cultivating youth leaders for rural flourishment is an important way to serve the development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Meanwhile, it is also an effective way to serve and consolidate the basis of rural teenagers for Communist Party governance. In order to prove the substantial effects of the cultivation of rural flourishment youth leaders, this research took 360 teenager leaders from Zhejiang Province as samples to deconstruct the cultivation elements from the dimension growing demand. It has been proved that there are a lack of capitals in the youth development, such as material capital represented by fixnds, social capital represented by human resources and human capital represented by knowledge capacity. Therefore, to build and perfect effective cultivation mechanism provides inner motivation for the youth leaders to grow rapidly, which will push the development of reform effectively.
