青年研究学科建设的进程与展望

青年研究与社会科学的关系,表现为两大层面,即青年工作科学化的应用研究与青年研究学科化的学理研究学科建设。本文重点论述青年研究学科化,并从三个方面展开:(1)青年研究学科化的学术结晶——青年学的诞生和发展,对青年学自20世纪80年代中期诞生以来热潮迭起、趋于沉寂和当今的继续深化,作了历史与现实相结合的分析。(2)青年学学科建设如何攻坚出新,茁壮屹立于社会科学学科之林,需要在"博"和"融"的努力中,学理学说有新发展规律探索有新发现,体系结构有新突破。(3)谁来担当青年学在社会科学学科之林长成参天大树的重任,寄希望于后来者,深信在一代又一代的接力奋斗中,青年学必将成长为一棵新生的参天大树。

The Progress and Prospect of the Youth Research Discipline Construction

The relationship between youth research and social science is characterized as the applied research on scientific youth work and the academic research discipline construction of the discipline-based youth research. This paper focuses on the discipline-based youth research, which comprises three parts. （1） The science of youth is the academic crystallization of the discipline-based youth research. The birth and development of it shows its three stages： the science of youth becoming boom since the mid 80＇s birth, becoming quiet and continuing to deepen today. The author combines the history with the reality to analysis it. （2） How will the youth discipline construction overcome difficulties and stand like a giant in the social science disciplines？ It is necessary for academic theory to have exploration of new development law, new discoveries, new breakthroughs in system structure with the efforts of＂comprehension＂ and ＂integration＂. （3） Who will bear the responsibility of the science of youth playing an important role in social science disciplines？ The author places his hope on the newcomers and is deeply convinced that the science of youth will surely grow into a new tall tree with the continuous efforts of the generations.
