强国梦与凝聚制造业青年职工科技创新力量的策略研究

近代社会世界各国的发展进程表明,先进的制造业是建设现代化国家的基础产业、支撑强国梦的重要根基。具有良好的科技素养和创新能力的青年职工是实现强国梦的有生力量。本研究结合对3000名制造业青年职工科技素养研究的结果,分析了青年职工科技素养对产业发展的正面和负面影响,探讨了在实现强国梦的进程中运用政策激励、法律保障、平台建设、舆论引导等方式,凝聚青年职工科技创新力量的策略。

Study on the Strategy of Realizing Dreams of a Powerful Country and Cohering Innovative Power in Science and Technology of Young Workers in Manufacturing Industry

The development process of modem countries all over the world shows that advanced manufacturing is an important basic industry to build a modem nation, an important foundation to support the dream of a powerful country. The young workers who have good quality of science and technology and innovative ability are the effective strength of fulfilling the dream of a powerful country. This paper is based on the research results of 3000 manufacturing industry young workers＇ quality of science and technology .It has analysed that young workers＇ quality of science and technology has positive and negative effects on the development of industry. It has discussed the strategy for cohesion power of young workers＇ quality of science and technology by the means of policy incentive, legal protection, platform construction, public opinion guidance, etc. in realizing the dream of a powerful country .
