The women＇s higher learning institution is one of the indispensable parts when we are trying to make a study of the cultural characteristics of the higher learning institution in Japan. Since the beginning of the 21st century, women＇s higher education in Japan has presented new trends that was reflected in the effort made to achieve new subject setting which surpassed the traditional curriculum vision and created curriculum system which accorded with the women＇s ＂characteristics of age＂, and integrated teaching institutions to meet social needs . These changes, on one hand, led the higher education in Japan to a new stage. On the other hand, these changes also led the reform to plight of disorientation. The new trend has profound significance for us to analyze the reform of higher education in Japan and the exploration of the reform of higher education in China.
