南京大学法学院、南京大学亚太法研究所举办的第五届费彝民法学论坛--"中国经验法与社会"国际学术研讨会的主题旨在总结中国在探索和完善法与社会之间的关系这一领域的经验,比较借鉴外国在法制进程中的有关做法,展望中国法治建设的前景.大会几十篇论文从法律文化、社会和谐、法律文化与现代法治的联系,保障公民权利与中国法律改革,法与国家、社会的命运,中国传统法律等等方面,探讨法与社会的中国经验.

Summary of International Academic Seminar "China's Experience: Law and Society"

The subjects of the fifth FeiYi science of civil law forum-"China's Experience :Law and Society "-sponsored by the Law School of Nanjing University and Research Institute of the Asia-Pacific Laws of Nanjing University are to summarize experience in the field of exploring and perfecting the relationship between laws and society in China ,to compare and use the relevant measures of other countries for reference in the process of legal institution ,to look forward to the China's construction of rule of law .Dozens of papers in the forum probed into the China's experience between laws and society in terms of legal culture ,social harmony ,relations of legal culture and modern rule by law ,guarantee citizenship and China's law reform ,etc.
