新生代农民工城市融入与社会稳定问题探析

新时期我党提出了构建社会主义和谐社会的发展战略。建构不同社会阶层的平等协调融洽关系,是社会和谐稳定的内蕴和基础。庞大的新生代农民工作为农民工群体的生力军和主体,其城市融入状况直接影响到自身发展、社会和谐稳定与国家长治久安。因此以维护社会稳定为视角,探析新生代农民工城市融入的重要性、紧迫性和现实性,阐释新生代农民工城市融入的现状及困境,进而对有效解决新生代农民工城市融入问题提出对策势在必行。

Analysis on Problems of New Generation Migrant Workers Integrating into Cities and Social Stability

In the new period, Communist party has put forward the development strategy about building up a socialist harmonious society. The equal and harmony relationship among different social classes is the connotation and foundation of social harmony and stability. Large groups of new generation migrant workers,as the main force, have been integrating into cities, directly affected the development, social harmony and national stability of cities in a long period. The author tends to discuss the importance, urgency and reality of the new generation migrant workers in cities, from the perspective of maintaining the social stability, interpret and analysis their current situation and dilemma, as a result, suggest ideas to solve these problems.
