和谐社会与政府治理

当前,中国社会存在发展结构失衡、收入差距扩大等亟待消除的不和谐因素。政府是构建和谐社会的主体,政府治理的和谐是构建和谐社会的关键。为此,政府应合理定位发展战略、合理兼顾效率与公平、切实转变职能、处理好改革、发展与稳定的关系。

A Harmonious Society and Adminisration by the Government

At present,in China there exist such disharmonious factors as imbalance in the structure of development and widened income gap which have to be removed urgently.The Government is the major builder of a harmonious society,and the harmoney of the administration by the Government is the crux of building a harmonious society.Therefore the Govrenment should set a rational strategy for development,give rational consideration to both efficiency and fair,further change its functions and correctly handle the relationship between reform,development and stability.
