| Abstract: | A harmonious campus is not only associated with the quality of our higher education and the college students but also with the harmony of all the society. Therefore,establishing good relationship is the key to a harmonious campus. It is imperative for the colleges to meet such requirements as adherence to the principle of people oriented; establishing fair system of allotting; administrators must be democratic and united. |
