陕西省装备制造业产业集群发展思路研究

陕西省装备制造业产业集群目前正处于发展的初级阶段。为了更好地发展和培育陕西装备制造业产业集群,应该充分发挥政府和市场两只手的作用,做强做大重工业型(含军民结合型)的产业集群,壮大龙头企业,促进中小企业的发展;做好产业集群的布局规划工作,创造良好的产业配套环境。

A Research on the Development Strategy of Shaanxi Equipment Manufacture Industrial Clusters

At present,the development of Shaanxi equipment manufacture industrial clusters is still at the initial stage.In order to improve and foster Shaanxi equipment manufacture industrial clusters,we should give full play to both government and market,put focus on the heavy industrial clusters(including the military-civilian clusters),strengthen the leading enterprises,develop the medium and small sized enterprises,rationalized the distribution of the industrial clusters and create good industrial environment.
