| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展,交通肇事罪的危害性越来越大,且各种新情况层出不穷,我国现行的交通肇事罪已不足以应付这些新问题。我国应借鉴其他国家或地区的立法经验,完善交通肇事罪,以便更好地解决现实问题,保障交通运输安全。
