关于公安院校法学教学方式的思考

法学课是公安院校公安专业的专业基础课和法学专业的专业课，它既需要深厚的理论基础做支撑，又有很强的实践性、应用性。然而，目前法学教育普遍脱离实践现象严重，其主要原因就是教学方式传统单一。本文在分析我国公安院校法学教学的特点、存在问题的基础上，提出了转变法学教学方式的途径，以期为提升公安类人才培养质量提供借鉴意义。

Thoughts on Teaching Methods of Law Course in Public Security Schools

Law course is a specialized basic course for public security major and a specialized course for law major in public security schools which requires profound theoretical foundations and has strong practicality and applicability. However, that the phenomena of law education far from practice are serious is mainly due to the traditional and single teaching method. On the basis of analyzing .the characteristics and existing problems of law teaching in public security schools in China, this article put forward ways of changing teaching methods of law course so as to provide references for improving the qualities of cultivating talents.
