| 摘 要： | 通过对临床采集的蛋鸡病料进行镜检、细菌分离培养、生化特性和致病性分析 ,分离出了克雷伯氏菌 ;同时制备了氢氧化铝灭活疫苗 ,并对疫苗的安全性、保护性及免疫性进行了检测。结果表明 ,利用当地发病鸡群分离的克雷伯氏菌制备的灭活疫苗性能良好、使用安全可靠。

| Abstract: | A Klebsiella pneumoniae strain was isolated from clinical specimens, which were sampled from laying chickens, by means of using microscope inspection, culture of pathogenic organism, biochemical tests and pathogenicity analysis. A dead vaccine with hydroxide aluminum as adjuvant against K.pneumoniae was developed from the strain. The safety, protectiveness and immunity of the vaccine were detected. The result showed that the vaccine with high qualities was safe for chickens. |
