| 摘 要： | 科学发展观肇始于我国对于传统发展观的反思。传统发展观的根源表征于人们割裂人与自然之间的有机联系,导致人类与自然界关系的失衡;其认识误区表现在以经济增长取代经济社会的全面发展和漠视以人为本的终极关怀,从而引发了生态和环境的诸多问题。科学发展观的提出和实施就是要体现其根本要求,采取多种措施落实科学发展观以解决生态和环境等问题,体现对于人类自身的终极人文关怀,从而实现人类发展观的超越。

| Abstract: | It is taken for granted that scientific view on development triggers from the profound thinking about traditional one on development, which breaks the integration of economic growth into human's and social progresses, and takes economic growth seriously among other things. In the long run, it suggests that the former be propagandized immediately, and we take effective measures to handle ecological and environmental issues in order to integrate economic growth into human's own development and social progress. |
