The Chinese Government Human Resource Development and Its Strategy

China has the largest population in the world, and it is a wise decision for China government to employ the strategy of "revitalizing the country with talents". The key to carry out this strategy, however, is the strategic positioning of developing the human resource, the establishment of the HR development system, and the transformation from large population to human resource and talents resources. Therefore, this paper aims to answer what is the HR development of China government, why China government shouldcarry out the HR development and what kind of strategic system on HR development China government should establish.
