| 摘 要： | 为了应对当前日渐增加的重大刑事案件,使办案高质高效,很多公安机关明确提出倒查机制。倒查机制目前尚处于孕育发展阶段,对它的优点和弊端需要进行认真研究分析,在此基础上对其加以完善,充分发挥其积极作用,以应对今后复杂多样的刑侦工作。
