| 摘 要： | "9.11"事件后,东南亚成为全球反恐的第二战场。该地区恐怖主义的国际化与地区网络化趋势的发展,形成了整个地区范围内采取集体行动打击恐怖主义的必要性。本文从奥尔森的集体行动理论出发,认为集体行动的逻辑导致了东南亚反恐合作的困境。

| Abstract: | Since the September 11 attacks,Southeast Asia has become the second front in the world campaign against terrorism.It's necessary to take collective actions to combat terrorism throughout the region for the trend of internationalization and regionalization of local terrorism.According to Olson's theory of collective action,this paper argues that the logic of collective action leads to the dilemma of anti-terrorism cooperation in Southeast Asia. |
