摘    要:明治维新后,日本的社会教育研究历经二战前后的奠基阶段和重振阶段,呈现出不断发展的过程。本文分别从社会教育的概念、特征、意义、内容、政策法规、公民馆、社会教育史等方面来概览社会教育的研究主题。在此基础上,对未来日本社会教育的研究趋势进行展望,即立足终身学习开展社会教育研究、社会教育研究内容逐步突出功能性、社会教育的形式关注民间力量、社会教育政策研究注重与教育改革同步、社会教育研究范畴趋向独立等5方面。

Abstract:After Japan's Meiji Restoration, the research of Japan's social education went through the pre-World-War-IIfoundation-laying stage and the post-World-War-II re-promotion stage, and it takes on the continuous developing course. Thispaper analyzes the theme of Japan's social education from the following aspects of social education: the conception, the features,the civil building and the history of social education. On the basis of the above analysis, the paper foresees the research trendof the future social education in Japan from the following five aspects: taking the life-long learning as the standpoint, graduallyemphasizing the function in the research content of social education, paying close attention to civil power in the form of socialeducation, keeping pace of policy research of social education with education reform, and the range of social education researchtending to independence.
