The Theory Base and Practice Development of Public Management

In the forming process of public management mode, the comprehensive cross-disciplinary study offers multi-perspective thinking and compound theoretical foundation. On the other hand, the persistent tide of government reform resulted from government's effort in dealing with administration crisis provides extensive space for the development of this mode. Though the trend of Western government reform is still continuing, and the theoretical foundation of public management research is under expansion, public management's replacement of the traditional public administration mode is not only inevitable but also practical.
