| 摘 要： | 现世中国之崛起,决定了构建现代化的“新国家”,已然成为新时期中国政府的历史使命。为此,必须构建良政政府。新时期良政政府的基本的公共管理选择,除“构建新国家与良政政府”所述有限政府、开明政府外,还包括有效政府、法制(法治)政府、理性政府。

| Abstract: | With the rise of China in the contemporary world,it is a historic mission of the Chinese government to build a modernized New State in the new era.Therefore,it is essential to establish a government of good governance.In addition to a limited government and a liberal government described in the former part of this article,the public management choices of government of good governance in the new era also include an effective government,a government ruled(and ruling) by law,and a rational government. |
