| Abstract: | Based on an investigation of the main trend of changes in governmental public service mechanisms in other countries, while incorporating the development of public service system during Chinas reform, this paper analyzes existing problems of the public service systems of Chinese government and points out innovative directions for the Chinese public service mechanism. |
