| Abstract: | ＂The provisions on the disclosure of government information＂ set up mandatory requirements to the disclosure of government information with the form of laws and regulations, and made strict institutional arrangements. Reading the provisions, we can find people-oriented administrational ideology everywhere, which is reflected in five aspects： laws are made for the people; rights are used for the people; interests are obtained for the people; credits are gained for the people; duties are shouldered for the people. |
