Choice of an Effective Path to Elevate the Scientific Construction of Anti-corruption Supervising Systems in Universities

The construction of anti-corruption supervising systems in key departments and links is the internal requirement to elevate the scientific level of anti-corruption construction in universities. To make the supervising system construction more targeted and effective,the we should turn the traditional extensive management pattern,which pays most attention to the strategy management on macro-level rather than the detailed management on micro-level,into the new model whose manners of management are more intensive and professional,and by which the managements are more of operability,regulation and evaluation. To reach the goal,we should attach great importance to developing cultural construction,reengineering management process,making regulations more detailed and so on.
