| Abstract: | According to a certain and particular circumstance of crime and public order, early-warning of crimes can send out the timely and clear notification with warn to society by judging with logic according to the reasonable analysis. It is a mark to guarantee the fight to know of citizens and the government information publicly, and it is good to crime preventing and detecting. Our country hasn't established such a early-warning system in crime, and we should study and set up it. |
